The curious-seeker in me has always gravitated towards libraries. This particular fascination of mine has been labelled as an oddity by people in my closest circles for a long time now. Point being, that libraries have always been palaces for people. I agree that digital data has made information available to all - anytime, anywhere. Whenever you pick up a newspaper or just scroll over your phone for your early morning news-minute fix over a coffee you will definitely come across the news columns that are filled with accidents. It's pretty common that we scroll over, certainly, we don't want our day to be disturbed, but what if that strip of news knocks on your door in the form of someone you know?. A nostalgia that I definitely don't want to revisit but saw this guy standing in front of one of those KGF hostels aka inter hostels finishing his exams. He stood there holding his rolled bed, that two-year-old bucket, study chair, and a study pad with random scribblings. Yes, those scribblings might seem random to someone who hasn't been to that world but they do represent something intimate, his loneliness, his trace of memories. If you were asked to pick the fav scene from #RRR The interval scene obviously but what excites me more is the train scene, the more I think about it the more I like it. My thoughts Here is why, Manam chala cinema lo oka hero heroine kalvadam chusam in a most fictional way, akasam lo meruplu, galleke ke raleey puvulu, an over the top fantasy but two protagonists meeting and having a similar thought process over resolving a conflict is what struck a chord with me. This is the utmost level any writer can come up with, to SSR his heroes are superhumans set onto a larger than life story and this particular scene is the banger open to it, in my opinion. And not just the thought process, the way they understood each other effortlessly, they were on the same page even though they didn’t know each other and on top of that they trusted each other blindly, one mistake they could not accomplish. War movies have a special place in my heart. I feel War movies have an air of Intensity, Destruction, Anguish and Hope. I also take an underlying comfort that probably we are never going to face such as I watch those stories unravel. Although what we are seeing in the movies is just the distant past, it is incredibly hard to digest the fact that humanity has gone through all of those struggles. I initially watched war movies anticipating the action sequences and the missile strikes, they all seemed fancy to me and I used to get excited about the ticking bombs and the destruction involved. It took years for me to subside that excitement and see those stories as the real struggle of the people who went through the darker side of history. Much of that realization came only after watching the distressing visuals in the day to day news when somewhere in the world the chaos happens and watching how people's lives are shattered in a fraction of seconds in real-time. I enjoyed watching it, thrashing people with intellectuality has always been my cup of tea or at least I enjoyed that weird feeling.  Once, I am done watching it, my suggestion list followed by tens of videos captioned with “curb your attitude,” “curb your belief.” Typical machine learning thing, I’m totally fine with it.
